As checked on October 8, 2026, Apple Vietnam's purchase page lists iPhone Duo pre-orders from 19:00 on October 16, Vietnam time, and availability from October 23. Those dates are still in the future. This guide records the official listing rather than confirming retail stock.

Official listed prices

Storage Listed price in Vietnam
256GB 64,999,000 VND
512GB 71,499,000 VND
1TB 84,499,000 VND
2TB 103,999,000 VND

Both displayed colours have the same listed price within each capacity. These are Vietnam store prices, not converted US dollar estimates. Promotions, financing and trade-in terms are separate and should be read at checkout.

Choose storage from your current phone before choosing an offer

Open the storage summary on the phone you already use and separate photographs, downloaded media, applications and cached files. A nearly full device does not automatically mean every extra gigabyte must be carried into the next one. Some downloads can be replaced, whereas an offline media library or original video archive may be essential. Decide what must remain available without a network connection.

Build a simple ownership estimate using the storage you genuinely need, not the most expensive configuration in a promotional image. Record the handset price, the case and charging equipment you intend to buy, and any service or financing costs disclosed at checkout. Keep a trade-in estimate separate until its conditions and final valuation are confirmed. An advertised monthly amount is not itself the final total.

The Vietnamese price table above is a dated reading of Apple’s local store, rather than a promise that every retailer will use the same offer. Stock, bundles and promotional conditions can change. Recheck the exact capacity and seller at checkout, and keep the confirmation that shows what you ordered. That gives you a reliable record if the listing later changes.

Resolve the eSIM transfer before your old phone stops working

The practical eSIM question is not simply whether a carrier advertises support. Ask how your existing number will be activated on the exact new device: which application or service desk handles it, which account information is needed, and what happens to the old activation. The account owner’s identification process and a business-managed number can introduce steps that a personal prepaid demonstration does not show.

Plan the migration around access to important accounts. Before changing the phone, confirm that you can sign in to banking, email and other services through their supported recovery routes. Do not assume that a one-time code will still arrive on the old device after the number moves. Keep the carrier’s instructions and an alternative contact method available during the transition.

This is an operational checklist rather than a claim about a particular carrier’s current transfer policy. The relevant answer must come from the carrier handling your number. If it cannot confirm the activation route for the device being sold, resolve that uncertainty before ordering rather than making connectivity the first experiment after unboxing.

Confirm the carrier before ordering

The same Apple page says this model uses eSIM and has no physical SIM tray. Ask your carrier whether your plan can move to the new phone, how the transfer works and whether it requires a store visit. Keep access to the existing number until the replacement activates successfully. This is especially useful when that number receives account recovery codes.

A practical purchase record

Save the product, selected capacity, delivery estimate, invoice details and current return terms together. A pre-order confirmation and a delivery promise are different records. Do not infer local availability from an overseas launch schedule or an unofficial import listing.

Compare the final payable amount for the same capacity, seller and service terms. A lower headline price can include a conditional trade-in or a credit agreement. If buying for a business, check invoicing before payment rather than trying to change the buyer identity afterward.

Warranty questions to resolve

Check the seller's warranty and repair process, proof-of-purchase requirements, replacement procedure and region-specific service terms. This article does not promise a particular warranty duration, accidental-damage coverage or cross-border service entitlement. Read the terms offered for the exact purchase.

Choose capacity around current storage use, offline media and the length of ownership. Leave headroom for updates and camera files; cloud storage does not make every local file unnecessary. Recheck the official page before ordering because dates, fulfilment and prices can change.

Keep one purchase record from reservation to service

Create a short note containing the seller, model, capacity, final price, delivery estimate and invoice details. Add the return conditions and who handles repair for that unit. A product name alone does not establish the service arrangements of every channel. Ask questions about the actual seller and keep the written answer with the order.

On delivery, compare the order details with the device and packaging before moving all of your accounts. Inspect the physical condition and perform ordinary setup checks within the seller’s documented process. If something differs from the confirmation, contact the seller with the record instead of relying on a screenshot of a generic launch promotion.

A good pre-order is a decision with its assumptions written down: the phone supports your apps, the number can transfer, storage matches the workload and the final total is acceptable. If a discount depends on a condition you cannot meet, it is not your price. If a key question remains unanswered, a later purchase can be a better outcome than a fast checkout.
