About this folding box dieline

This generator supports straight tuck end, reverse tuck end, mailer, tray-and-lid, pillow and cube layouts. Each structure recalculates its own cut and fold geometry from your dimensions, with optional bleed and measurement guides.

The output is intended as a practical starting point for prototypes, mockups and printable packaging. Manufacturing tolerances, paper grain, material thickness, locking tabs and finishing requirements vary, so production dielines should be reviewed by your printer or packaging supplier before a commercial run.

Frequently asked questions

What is a box dieline?

A dieline is the flat cutting and folding layout used to turn a sheet of material into a finished package.

Can I use the SVG in Illustrator or Figma?

Yes. SVG is a vector format and can be imported into common vector-design tools for artwork placement and further editing.

What does bleed mean?

Bleed is extra artwork beyond the final cut edge. It helps avoid white gaps when printed material is trimmed.

Which box structures are available?

The generator includes straight tuck end, reverse tuck end, mailer, tray and lid, pillow, and cube carton layouts.

Does this include material thickness compensation?

Not yet. These layouts are practical starting points for prototyping; production compensation depends on stock and manufacturing process.

Can I save the dieline as PDF?

Yes. Use Print / Save PDF and choose your browser or operating system's Save as PDF destination.
