ข้อกำหนดการใช้บริการ

1. การใช้ AiFolder

เมื่อเข้าถึงหรือใช้ AiFolder คุณยอมรับ Terms นี้และ policies ที่อ้างถึง หากไม่ยอมรับไม่ควรใช้ service

คุณมีหน้าที่ปฏิบัติตามกฎหมายที่ใช้กับคุณ

2. Acceptable use

• ห้ามใช้เพื่อกิจกรรมผิดกฎหมาย fraud abuse deception หรือ harm
• ห้ามพยายาม unauthorized access ต่อ accounts systems infrastructure หรือ data
• ห้ามจงใจ disrupt overload exploit bypass หรือ probe security โดยไม่มีสิทธิ
• ห้าม submit content ที่ไม่มีสิทธิหรือผิดกฎหมาย/ละเมิดสิทธิ third party
• automated access crawling scraping หรือ bulk extraction ต้องเคารพ technical restrictions, rules, law และ rights

3. Accounts

บาง feature ต้องมี account คุณต้องรับผิดชอบ credentials และ activity ผ่าน account

ข้อมูลที่ให้ควรถูกต้องเพียงพอกับ feature ที่ใช้

4. User content และ submissions

คุณยังคงเป็นเจ้าของ content ที่ submit เว้นแต่มีข้อตกลงอื่น และต้องมีสิทธิที่จำเป็น

เมื่อ submit เพื่อ publication, discovery, profile, sharing, moderation หรือ review คุณให้ non-exclusive license ที่จำเป็นต่อ hosting, storage, formatting, display และ distribution

AiFolder อาจแก้ metadata, format, category และ reject/remove content ที่ผิด inaccurate unsafe illegal misleading duplicate หรือ low quality

5. Tool directory และ third-party services

Listing ไม่ได้หมายความว่า AiFolder เป็นเจ้าของ operate endorse partner หรือ guarantee service นั้น

third-party services มี terms privacy pricing security และ availability ของตัวเอง

6. Review และ paid relationships

Submission ไม่รับประกัน acceptance publication ranking featured placement หรือ permanent inclusion

AiFolder ใช้ editorial judgment และหากมี sponsored affiliate หรือ paid placement ที่สำคัญ ต้อง disclose ให้แยกจาก editorial inclusion

7. AiFolder content และ intellectual property

UI branding text graphics software datasets และ original materials อาจได้รับการคุ้มครอง

Terms นี้ไม่โอน ownership ของ AiFolder IP ให้คุณ

8. Availability และ changes

AiFolder ยังพัฒนาอยู่ Features routes limits design storage integrations และ content อาจเปลี่ยน

Feature อาจ suspend หรือ discontinue ด้วยเหตุ maintenance security abuse infrastructure หรือ product decision

9. Disclaimers

ภายในขอบเขตกฎหมาย AiFolder ให้บริการแบบ as available และไม่ guarantee ว่าทุก tool listing answer หรือ information จะ complete accurate secure หรือ available เสมอ

ข้อมูลทั่วไปไม่ใช่ professional legal financial medical หรือ regulated advice เว้นแต่ระบุชัด

10. Limitation of liability

ภายในขอบเขตกฎหมาย AiFolder ไม่รับผิดชอบ indirect special consequential หรือ similar losses จากการใช้ การใช้ไม่ได้ directory info หรือ third-party services

ความรับผิดที่กฎหมายห้ามยกเว้นยังคงอยู่

11. Suspension และ termination

อาจจำกัด suspend หรือ terminate access เพื่อจัดการ violations security risk abuse legal requirements หรือ serious harm

คุณหยุดใช้ได้ทุกเมื่อ สำหรับ account/data deletion ให้ใช้ controls ที่มีหรือติดต่อเรา

12. Changes to Terms

Terms อาจอัปเดตตามการเปลี่ยนของ AiFolder วันที่ด้านบนแสดงเวอร์ชันที่มีผล
