Submission details

Tell us about the tool

Add enough context for us to understand what the product does, who it helps, how it is priced, and where it belongs.

What happens after you submit

1. Submission received

The product details are saved for review. A successful form submission is not the same as directory approval.

2. Basic verification

We may check that the website works, the description is understandable, the category is reasonable, and the product is relevant to AiFolder.

3. Editorial review

We consider usefulness, product quality, clarity, duplication, safety, and whether the listing adds value for users.

4. Publish, hold, or decline

Approved tools may be published. Others may remain pending, be declined, or be revisited later as the directory changes.

What makes a strong submission

You do not need marketing copy. Clear, factual information is more useful.

A working public product URL.
A specific description of the problem the tool solves.
An accurate category and pricing model.
Useful tags or capabilities that match the actual product.
No misleading claims, impersonation, malware, spam, or illegal content.
Enough differentiation or practical value to justify another directory entry.
FAQ

Submission questions

?Is it free to submit a tool?

Yes. The current submission form does not charge a listing fee. Submission still does not guarantee publication.

?How long does review take?

AiFolder does not promise a fixed review time. Review depends on volume, verification needs, and editorial priorities.

?Can I pay to rank higher?

A normal submission does not buy ranking. Any future sponsored placement must be clearly labeled and separated from editorial inclusion.

?Can I submit my own product?

Yes, provided the information is accurate and you have the right to submit it. Self-submission does not receive automatic priority.

?Can a published tool be removed later?

Yes. Listings may be updated or removed if the product becomes unavailable, unsafe, misleading, low quality, duplicated, or no longer useful for the directory.
