1. Using AiFolder

By accessing or using AiFolder, you agree to these Terms and any policies referenced by them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You are responsible for complying with laws that apply to you and to your use of the service.

2. Acceptable use

• Do not use AiFolder for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, deceptive, or harmful activity.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, infrastructure, or data.
• Do not intentionally interfere with, overload, exploit, bypass, probe, or disrupt security or service operation.
• Do not upload, submit, or distribute content that you do not have the right to use or that violates applicable law or third-party rights.
• Automated access, crawling, scraping, or bulk extraction must respect technical restrictions, published rules, applicable law, and the rights of AiFolder and third parties.

3. Accounts

Some features may require an account. You are responsible for protecting account credentials and for activity performed through your account.

Information you provide should be accurate enough for the feature being used. You should update important account information when it changes.

4. User content and submissions

You keep ownership of content you submit to AiFolder unless another agreement explicitly says otherwise. You are responsible for having the rights needed to submit that content.

By submitting content for publication, discovery, profile display, sharing, moderation, or review, you grant AiFolder a non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, format, display, and distribute that content as reasonably necessary to operate and promote the relevant feature.

We may edit metadata, formatting, categorization, excerpts, or presentation for clarity and consistency. We may reject or remove submissions that are inaccurate, unsafe, low quality, duplicate, unlawful, misleading, or inconsistent with the purpose of the service.

5. Tool directory and third-party services

AiFolder may list, describe, compare, or link to independent products and websites. A listing does not by itself mean that AiFolder owns, operates, endorses, partners with, or guarantees that product.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms, privacy policies, pricing, availability, security, and product decisions. You should review those terms before relying on an external service.

6. Submissions, editorial review, and paid relationships

Submitting a tool or resource does not guarantee acceptance, publication, ranking position, featured placement, or permanent inclusion.

AiFolder may use editorial judgment when selecting, categorizing, describing, or removing resources. If AiFolder introduces sponsored, affiliate, or paid placement, material commercial relationships should be disclosed in a way that distinguishes them from ordinary editorial inclusion.

7. AiFolder content and intellectual property

Except for user content and third-party material, AiFolder's original interface, branding, text, graphics, software, datasets, and other original materials may be protected by intellectual-property laws.

These Terms do not give you ownership of AiFolder intellectual property. You may use the service for its intended purpose, subject to applicable law and any specific license displayed with a resource.

8. Availability and changes

AiFolder is an evolving product. Features, routes, limits, design, storage behavior, integrations, content, and availability may change over time.

We may suspend or discontinue a feature or service, including for maintenance, security, abuse prevention, infrastructure changes, or product decisions. Where practical, we aim to avoid unnecessary disruption, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.

9. Disclaimers

AiFolder is provided on an 'as available' basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that every tool, listing, answer, third-party product, or piece of information will be complete, accurate, secure, suitable, or continuously available.

Information on AiFolder is general product and informational content and should not be treated as professional legal, financial, medical, or other regulated advice unless a page explicitly states otherwise.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, AiFolder is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses arising from use of or inability to use the service, reliance on directory information, or use of independent third-party services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

11. Suspension and termination

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address violations of these Terms, security risk, abuse, legal requirements, or serious harm to the service or other users.

You may stop using the service at any time. If you need help with account or data deletion, use available account controls or contact AiFolder.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as AiFolder changes. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when a revised version becomes effective. Continued use after an update is subject to the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
